Field, Winter (in process)


The second stage of this oil--deepening the color and, with that, the feeling of cold.

Thanks all, glad you like this. The dark lines of the corn stalks need to be developed, color refined...well, you'll see. I did decide yesterday that I need to focus on the whole series of 40 panels, and not too much on each individual one (both to keep the concept in mind, and to meet the deadline of August 15th for delivery!)

I like it as it is too. The contrast between the wintery blue, and warm orange, as well as the setting yellowish sun sky, to me, makes it perfect as is.
