At this stage, working quickly, some things happen (like the pencil line above the mountain ridge) that I like but that will probably disappear as this painting develops--and may come again as an idea to pursue in another series.

The line isn't distracting at all, I don't think,l but adds emphasis to the linear work in the painting. I really like this.
Absolutely gorgeous. As this picture emerged that sky unfolded - stunning! Superb colours. Love this just the way it is!
