The goal for my two weeks here at Studio Center is to paint the first stage of as many of the 40 panels in my "Elements of Place" project as possible--and with fourteen hour days, I'm almost half there! Here's the drawing and watercolor study for this painting.

Well, I'm back home now, with phone, internet, office and kitchen (though my husband cooks) and on a more normal work schedule.
