i found an article somewhere in the sphere of google that doodling actually and scientifically-proven increases our attention prowess.
Vermont Land Trust sounds interesting, are you preserving an area. I get the same in meetings and need to occupy my hands whilst my brain listens....well I let them think I listen! lol.
