The bold shapes & colors that you use are fantastic!
I have tried plein air painting several times but struggle, as you mention, w/ the shifting light. Your quick, simplified painting has tackled the task quite successfully. Nice work.
I appreciate your comment, Aubrey. I sympathize with your struggle--the painting is never as thrilling as what I'm seeing--but then again, wouldn't be looking or feeling as deeply if I wasn't painting!
