What a great composition! Really dramatic.
I'm enjoying the series Motel on 302 but don't seem to be able to find #1. If it's been posted, could you let me know what date? Your paintings are wonderful!
Thanks for writing, Skizo, Kathy and Gwendie. This motel was a place I drove by for years and never noticed--until one day I turned my head from the traffic and saw the light hitting those little houses and the shadows coming off of those oddball trees. I haven't painted #1 yet, Gwendie--I've numbered them in the order I think they'll appear in the final composition, once I assemble all nine panels.
