Susan, it's timeless. Just as beautiful as your work is now. Beautiful shapes and rich, harmonious color!
A lovely piece...wonderful to come across some of this old work which still holds up on its own.
Thank you, Maggie and Mary. I've done a few other paintings with this type of seed pod--I can't think now what it's called, but I like its delicate form. I'll have to go out in our meadow when I get home, and look for some more of these vines.
It certainly IS timeless. I love the combination of positive and negative painting here. It's beautiful!
