Towards Luberons, Sunset

Another view towards the mountains behind Les Bassac, a scene I could paint over and over through changing times of day, weather, and seasons (if I could spend a year looking out over this valley) and never be bored.

I am so glad I found your blog and follow it. Your each painting is such a pleasure to look at and to feel. The previous winter painting was great, this one makes me wish to fly :-)

Love the fresh and brave colorful strokes on the clouds.

This watercolor "tastes" as a pleasent fruity wine.

The use of the color in the cloud shapes is what makes the difference between a painter and an artist - beautiful work, as usual.
